Ferry fast and comfortable and on time. Bikes good way of seeing the island. Quokkas friendly and plentiful. Island has a few hills so if not so for take the Ebike option

The bikes were terrible! Hard seats, pay extra for gel seat, pay extra for basket. Saw another companies red bikes. Much better!

Well a great experience with staff that greeted you from the time you got on and were very helpful and smiled. We went to Rottnest for the day and had the bike hire included. It was a brilliant experience made easy by the instructions given. The ferry ride was great to Rottnest and a bit choppy on the way back but I was never worried cause I saw how the crew were and it made me confident in their professionalism. Made our trip memorable and will be back again .

It was a great trip and a fantastic place. Recommend this trip. If you ever visit Perth or the area, this is a great choice. Nice area for biking and great nature and beaches. A 'must do'.

We had a great experience with this booking. We arrived at B Shed the day before and printed tickets. The ferry service is very well run, although it wouldn't want to be much rougher on the seas on the way back, the free ice block on the way back for kids helped one of us. Bike hire was straight forward, although my wife had a noisy bike. Pre-booking bikes definitely saved time lining up on the queue. We had a great time riding about 10 kms in total around the main side of the island.

Two bikes damaged on return journey to Fremantle. One bikes gear changer broken permanently, emailed the company (didnt ask for or expect any compensation) to let them know, no response 6 days later. I wont be choosing this company again to get me and my gear to rotto.
