The Twilight tour was awesome, Ireland (hope I have spelt name right) was enthusiastic, informative about the fish and other inhabitants in the tanks. Could not fault the tour or the food at the restaurant. Please put this place on your to do list. Highly recommend

A fantastic tour, very informative, very entertaining, staff very friendly and knowledgeable. We also booked the seafood dinner and it was very filling and delicious. Thoroughly enjoyed the entire time. Highly recommend this all inclusive tour.

I've visited the Cairns Aquarium several times since it opened, but this is the first time I've done a tour through the Aquarium, and it was absolutely amazing! Our tour guide was a wealth of information who took the Aquarium experience to the next level. I learned so much! Everybody on the tour was excited and friendly, and to finish the tour with a glass of wine while we watched magnificent rays and sharks gliding over and around us was unforgettable. Then to top it all off, a beautiful meal in Dundees. This is a world-class attraction, and an amazing way to experience it free of the madding crowd.

The overall Journey through the Aquarium was a highlight for us, to see what they have done is truly remarkable. Although we thought the tour was a bit rushed which was a bit of a let down.. The 3 course meal afterwards was truly magnificent.

Brett was so passionate about marine life. A pleasure to listen to. The dinner was fine but I was disappointed to find I was seated at a table for one. As part of a tour group I would have liked to sit with the others, not left on my own.

Extremely impressed with our tour guide abd her knowledge and experience. Bec clearly loves her job and got excited at every stage, referring to each animal by their name. She really inspired me and made me fall even more in love with the ocean and its marvellous creatures. Dinner was also delicious. can't fault the service :)

I’m not passionate about fish but this night was brilliant, very educational and insightful The tour guide Shania was passionate about the fish and the eco system. There was no silly question. She was upbeat and was brilliant at what she did. My husband and I both got a lot of it The meal was lovely and the view was gorgeous

My favourite parts were when the person taking us around got excited by who she was talking about. I liked when my baby would explore the rooms. I loved the food, and so did my baby.she had chips, and mango sorbet. I had the appetiters and the angus beef steak. It was so good.

The tour was informative and very interesting, delivered by Daniel. Loved the way the aquarium was set up and how we learnt how the daintree, mangroves and ocean ecosystems were connected. Dinner was super delicious too!

We have been to aquariums across the world including many that are very good such as Busan South Korea to Seward Alaska. There are also some goods ones in Australia BUT this one in Cairns is OUTSTANDING. I think that maybe doing the Twilight tour with our guide Bec probably was the difference between very good and outstanding. I think Bec had a name for most every fish in the place and the stories and info she provided as we went through from one part to the next made the whole experience absolutely stand out. Lots of aquariums these days have transparent 'walk through' tunnels so you can see the sea creatures up really close, and, also lots these days, many have high quality reefs, rock structures and underwater environments very close to that the species would live in out in the oceans, rivers etc. Many also offer guided tours but none we have been to also offer drinks and meal packages that take this from a 'normal' aquarium experience to the next level. I would highly recommend adding this to your To Do list when coming to Cairns.
