We were on 4 Oceania tours this month. ALL were excellent and the guides and sights were amazing. I have to give a shout out to FRANK ROCCA, who is retiring after how many years?? This speaks volumes as to the company valuing employees. Frank had our group on 3 of 4 tours. He is a wonderful guide and human and deserves congratulations!! WE LOVE YOU FRANK!! Now, on to the tours. We took a city tour, a Great Oceans Road tour, a trip to the penguins, AND a wine and country side tour. Depending on your interests, all were good. The Great Ocean Road and the animals are a must IMO. The smaller buses are great, and, during the fires, etc. the company kept in touch with us to assure us our tours were happening. Highly recommend.

Last summer, me and my family went on the Great Ocean Road Tour with one of the best people we came across in Australia: Fred!! He took us to wonderful places: we saw many species of birds and even fed them, we saw up close kangaroos and koalas, and at the end of the trip he took us to the park to see the famous possums and we were able to pet them, which was pretty great! He also gave us excellent explanations about the views, animals, etc. And during the road trip he told us many interesting and funny stories that made the trip even more special! It shows that he is truly passionate about his job and by making people happy!

Fred is a gem and really took extra care of my family. Fred was knowledgeable, friendly, considerate and entertaining throughout our 11-hour ocean Road tour. We saw koalas, kangaroos and parrots, plus allk the beautiful sights along the south coast, including the Apostles and surrounding, breathtaking rock formations and beaches. This was truly a memorable experience and we can’t thank Fred enough for the white glove treatment he gave us!!! A must do when in Melbourne!!!!!

We absolutely cannot thank Massimo enough for the AMAZING day my parents, son & I had in his private tour care for the day. Not only were the destinations simply beautiful but Massimo's knowledge sharing along the way highlighted the overall experience that much more!! Oceania is so very lucky to have Massimo on their team. Oceania is a TOP NOTCH tour outfit & will definitely use again as well as recommend to ALL friends & family. Awesome tour through an incredible landscape. We went into every important spot. We had Leo as guider and he was so nice, knowing the answer of every question and always with additional info about the place we were by.

To start with, Fred, our tour guide is simply the best! Our family of six ranging from 18+ to 80+ had such an amazing tour about two weeks ago and we're convinced it's just because we'd Fred, who's not only very knowledgeable about whatever information of the trip per se, but he's also kind enough to accommodate the needs of our aged lady - parking at selected spots to minimise her walking time, asking on and off if she'd need to take a rest, etc. In short, please ask for Fred if you're looking for an extraordinarily professional and exceedingly pleasant tour guide to show you the various hidden treasures of the Great Ocean Road! Fred is a credit to Oceania Tours & Safaris!

We did the Great Ocean Road with the best tourguide of Australia! 12hours drive just flew by! Fred was amazing, super professional and a great storyteller! This tour is super worth it, landscapes that just took our breath away and the best part was definetly going to the ecolodge to see the kangaroos, something that we can only do with this agency! Last but not least Fred took us to the garden to see and pet the possums which was super special! Fred thank you so much for such an amazing day, you definetly made our trip even better!

What an absolute blast of a tour! My Mom and I had ventured from Sydney to start our month of travels in Australia, and what a wonderful way to set the tone for our trip. If you can get in a request, you MUST ask for Shane. An absolute gem to tour with. Brilliant conversation, nothing stuffy about the tour, a true "Aussie" to show you around. Nothing censored from this lovely man, and not one minute of the trip felt "scripted" whatsoever. On the same note, we felt like we soaked in so much knowledge and took in the most breathtaking sites we would have never expected from this southern tip of Australia. I would do the same trip again in a heartbeat and suggest everyone else who comes to Australia do the same. Nothing negative to say whatsoever. Thank you Shane!! From your crazy Canuk crew ;)
