About Deep-to-Dish: Tasmanian Seafood Experience

The freshest wild seafood caught and cooked before your eyes!

Feast on the freshest seafood straight from the ocean whilst cruising in style and comfort on our premier power catamaran along some of the most untouched and idyllic waterways in the world.

Join us on our of luxury two story catamaran "Cuttlefish" and come face to face with towering sea cliffs, sandy beaches only accessible by boat and sea life such as dolphins, whales, seals and sea birds whilst sampling the freshest wild seafood caught and cooked on board the vessel from our interactive cook station.

Start the day with a seasonal fruit platter including Tasmanian cheeses. Venturing south to Bull Bay on Bruny Island our skilled diver will harvest live periwinkles and sea urchins and will expertly prepare for you on board. You will also feast on live Tasmanian Blacklip abalone, live Tasmanian rock lobster, oysters, periwinkles, whole Atlantic Salmon & mussels.

This is a must do tour especially for seafood lovers the variety was amazing freshiest seafood ever. The best staff ever we were looked after like royalty such a wonderfull experince thank you so much.

Sensational trip. We were treated with an amazing crew who looked after us throughout the trip and were very knowledgeable and well drilled in the local seafood industry. The food was fantastic, extremely fresh and a variety of taste sensations.

Hands down the best Hobart experience - worth every penny. If you love seafood and scenic views, it’s a MUST do. The seafood was super fresh and so delicious. It was extremely enjoyable watching our on-board cook prep each dish and teach us tips and tricks on what to do, how to cook and how to prep each type of seafood. The members were incredible - they were so kind and friendly, whilst being the most accommodating. We had a group of 14 so we requested to book it as a private charter. We had the best time and most fun - it was the highlight of our trip. Amazing views, freshest seafood, fun staff members, unlimited wine? What more do I need to say!

31.3.2021 WHAT A DAY WE HAD ! The entire crew could not have been more friendly or helpful. Each course was prepared in front of us with passengers encouraged to participate. Within each course there were variations to delight the palate. Diver Nick extracted sea urchins & gaint perrywinkles from the ocean floor. With a great group of passengers & sense of humour of the crew we had fun & laughs all afternoon. Our most memorable day so far in Tassie, thanks David & Kathy U. From WA.

Thanks for a fantastic afternoon to Shane and the crew! Seeing Hobart from the water and enjoying the local seafood is a must. Very knowledgeable crew, deliciously prepared fresh seafood, tasty local wines - all in all a very memorable afternoon on a lovely comfy boat enjoying the beautiful environment 👌

60th Birthday Party for my Mum was an absolute blast on this boat. The staff were very accommodating, very knowledgeable and all round good blokes! The time went so quickly due to the constant entertainment and sight seeing involved with the seafood and the sea. They went above and beyond and even had a birthday cake for my Mum. Couldn’t recommend this tour enough! If you’re reading this, go ahead and book! Cheers to the crew at Tasmanian wild seafood adventures!

What a fantastic day out. If you are visiting Hobart, this should be on your MUST do list. The freshest of seafood including Shane diving off the boat for sea urchin and peri winkles. All seafood prepared and cooked before your eyes. The crew were so welcoming and definitely know all there is to know about seafood. I honestly cannot recommend this trip enough. Mum and I had a great day out and thw abslone was definitely better than that at Western Australia.. Thanks guys!

Yesterday (16th February 2020) my partner and I had the privilege of experiencing some of the freshest, tastiest seafood Tasmania has to offer. The service from Shane, Ben and Ryan could not be faulted. They do all they can to ensure the customer is happy during the time on the boat. The food was next level delicious and you sure won’t go hungry. I honestly can not recommend Going on Tasmanian wild seafood adventures highly enough. If you get the chance to do so, do it, you will not regret it! we were treated firstly to freshly cooked abalone, and then stopped in Bull Bay, Bruny Island where Shane put his diving gear on to catch fresh sea urchins and periwinkle. While Shane was diving we were served natural and kilpatrick oysters on the top deck of the Catamaran. Shane then resurfaced with a bag full of sea urchins and periwinkles which were then served up to everyone. We were also treated to mussels which were perfect! Salmon was then to follow, which was served 3 ways, was amazing to try all 3. Lastly we were served lobster which was again, served 3 ways. I could not recommend doing this charter it was an experience my partner and I will never forget. Thank you team!
