Gone Rustic is a working studio and gallery in St. Marys, in North-East Tasmania. Gone Rustic features the work of award winning Tasmanian fibre and textile artist Rita Summers. Fibre and textile, mixed media art, quilts and other quality handmade items are on display and for sale. Rita also sells vintage, antique and retro collectibles. In addition, Rita hosts touring exhibitions at Gone Rustic during the year through Tasmanian Regional Arts, and regularly displays and sells the work of other artists and artisans as well as her own. Groups such as Rustic Ragamuffins and Journals Anonymous meet regularly at Gone Rustic for mutual inspiration, fun and friendship.
