Tranquilles accommodation in Port Sorell, North-West Tasmania, operates a cooking school on site. Tranquilles has a commercial kitchen which has recently been expanded to provide enough space and facilities to run the cooking classes. These classes will draw on the experience of a range of chefs who will teach guests and participants how they can prepare great food using the wide range of fresh local Tasmanian produce that is available.
